How much time it will take?

According to customers reviews about Visual Impact, some people posted that they get ripped body in 3 months and some say they get results in 6 months. For me I start starting noticeable results after 2 months.

How does this program work?

This program is divided into 3 steps.

  • Step 1: In first step you will learn how to increase your muscles size by apply proven techniques on it.
  • Step 2: When you complete first stage you will see some noticeable increase in your muscles. In step 2 you need to apply some advance techniques that boost up the process of muscle gaining. According to me 3 bad points are:

  1. According to Rusty, it takes 6 months to get full ripped body and for me 6 months is very long period.
  2. There is no exact diet plan. User need to build diet plan according to his favorite food.
  3. I feel very difficulty in starting of this program where I need to build my own workout.

My final rating for this program:

I want to give this program 8.5 out of 10 because of its customizable dieting plan and muscle building workout. Rusty says it takes 6 months to get full ripped body and I am in 2nd month and noticing some muscle gain.
